Hello everyone! I'm ba-aaack! I've enjoyed a long, wonderful vacation, a much needed break.
As I think I've already mentioned I don't celebrate Valentine's day. But that's not going to stop me from using the cute Stamping Bella Valentine Chicks. Love cards can be used all year round, right?!
The are pretty much the same, except for the colors used. For this one I've used Spun sugar and Picked raspberry Distress inks to ink smoosh the background. The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp Love by Kristina Werner. I just love this set/die. I stamped in Versafine Onyx black ink and covered with WOW! clear embossing powder. I repeated twice for a smoother, glossy look.
Would you believe I've lost my notes on the colors used, LOL! I'm unsure about the Y's.
Chicks: C5, Y08, Y06, Y00 + YR09, YR04
Bows: V09, V17, V15, V12
Pink: RV29, RV25, RV23
Cupcake: E29, E25, E23
For this card I used Shaded lilac and Wilted violet Distress inks for ink smooshing. I'm actually not even using watercolor paper.
Only difference is the Blues - C5, B24, B21, B0000. And of course the Chicks are popped up for dimension.
As a final touck I added a couple of black Nuvo drops.
Thanks for stopping by, and happy crafting!
