Summer card for my favorite girl

Billede
Hi! Missed me? I've been taking a looong break from IG and this blog. I've been sharing a tiny bit on my Facebook so I'll be uploading those to me blog.  This was a card I made for my beautiful daughter when summer started. Turns out summer wasn't much summer here in Denmark, but I had fun making this.  All stamps are from Three Scoops, as always colored with Copics.  Alpha die from Altenew (sentiment says "wishing you an amazing summer").  Stencil from Waffle Flower.

Happy Yappy Pawlidays

Billede
Hi friends! Shring more Christmas cards from last year for the Danish Operation write home. I used one of my favorite sets for Christmas - My favorite things Happy pawlidays along with Simon Says Stamp Christmas background, Simple and Basic dies, Altenew inks and Copic coloring. As you can see I added a bit of glossy accents to highlight the baubles and eyes. These pups are just too adorable. Don't you agree? Thanks for stopping by, I really appreciate it! Let me know in the comments which is your favorite. Stay safe, and happy crafting! Tina

Wish you the most beautiful day

Hey everyone! Here's a bright summer card to cheer you up. I've used a Krista Smith digital stamp and a couple of cute patterned papers, still trying to use more of those! I added some string just for a little oompf and a few nuvo drops. Sentiment from Altenew. Copics used: E25, E23, E11 RV25, RV13, RV11 RV29, RV14, RV11 + E79 BV13, Y08, Y13, Y11 + RV29 Thank so much for stopping by! Stay safe and happy crafting! Tina

Mother's day card

Billede
Hi friends! Another card long overdue. Well my Mom had it on time, but only sharing now. Alcohol ink on Yupo, gold glitter cardstock cut with Altenew Rose filament dies, as well as the word Mor (Mom) die from Three Scoops. I cut the shadow from vellum. I dared stamping on the vellum but I did have to carefully set it. I don't do many simple cards but I really love this. Thanks so much for stopping by1 Stay safe, and happy crafting! Tina

Twist & pop 50th birthday card

Billede
Hello friends! Today I'm sharing a custom made 50th birthday card. I didn't have much to go on, except "stripes" and my friend who ordered it likes "surprise" in cards. So I wanted to make a fun pop-up card. I stenciled the background (Birch Press stencil) for the stripes part and stamped a sentiment (The Cat's Pajamas). The beautiful peony arrangement is from Simon Says Stamp (Strangeness). Copics used: Y28, Y17, Y13 R89, R85, R83, R81 V09, BV17, BV13, BV01 BG78, G43, G40 On the inside I made a fun twist and pop feature (no dies) and I cut the letters TILLYKKE (which means congrats) with Altenew Bold alpha dies and since I thought it looked a bit too white I used a fine liner to add lines and flowers. Thank you for stopping by! Stay safe, and happy crafting! Tina

XOXO

Billede
Hey guys, thanks for stopping by today. Do you know how most cards you make are cute and beautiful, but then once in a blue moon you make something that just checks every box? This card is that for me. And the fun part is, it's not at all the kind of card I typically make. So, I really hope you like it too. I love all The Greeting Farm Cheeky girls. This is a digital one - Cheeky Love. The large XO is Altenew Bold alpha cut from red cardstock and as for the patterned paper I have absolutely no idea what brand it is since it was a freebie from a Simon says stamp order a really long time ago. I honestly didn't like the paper back then, but I'm glad I kept it Copics used: E13, E11, E21, E00 + R32 R39, R37, R35, R32 E49, E44, E42 Have a wonderful day! Tina

12½ year anniversary

Billede
Hi guys! Today I'm sharing a custom made anniversary card. Here in Denmark we celebrate big at 12½ years. Copper anniversary we call it. So you see why there had to be copper on this one. I white heat embossed the Simon Says Stamp Heart to Heart background stamp, spritzed with water and added Nuvo shimmer powder. The pink one. So gorgeous! Don't play with these often enough! I love the different shades from very suttle to very bright, and the SHIMMER! Doesn't show here too well, you'll have to take my word for it. The happy couple (Creative expressions/Sue Wilson) was cut from some Tonic white shimmering cardstock (that I've had for ages). I thought it would give it just a bit of uuumpf! The edges of the base and that Danmore hobby 12½ circle on vellum was heat embossed using WOW! Copper sparkle. Both sentiment and banner die are from Simple and Basic, heat embossed using Altenew Golden peach embossing powder. Thanks for stopping by! Stay safe, and happy crafting! T...

AAA Birthday Blog game #32 - Easel card

Billede
Hey everyone! Can you believe it's December 😱 Honestly this year has flown by just as fast as 2020, in my opinion. But! Before we're ready to end the year we have one more challenge for you this year at AAA Birthday Blog , and our theme for the month of December is - Easel card!  Easel cards are pre-bent to stand up and show off their beauty. Easel cards can easily be made without dies (lots of tutorials on YouTube), but this time I chose to use the Poppystamps Adriana pop up easel set. It has a beautiful leafe ornament frame and a shaped base. I die cut the base from white cardstock and the base background from patterned paper (from a really old Joy! Creations pad). Before die cutting the ornament frame I covered my white cardstock with washi tape from Memory Box - Watercolor Forest Greenery. I find that using my bonefolder while layering it over really helps to smooth it out. The washi tape has holly, red berries and other winter greenery, but I believe holly, snow and de...

Alex Syberia October release is now live - Halloween fun with layering and masking stamps

Billede
Hello everyone! The October release from Alex Syberia is now available in her Etsy shop . This release has cute and spooky halloween stamps, as well as gorgeous flowers. You're going to love it! Today I'm sharing 2 cards with you that was created in somewhat the same way. For this first one I layered the Spider web 1 from Spider web bundle over the Halloween pumkins. It was a little tricky seeing all the details of the pumpkins through the intricate spider web, I'll be honest. But it was totally worth it. Copics used: YR09, YR68, YR04, YR21 G99, G24, G40 When printing the panels I made sure to print on regular printer paper as well. I fuzzy cut the rows of pumpkins out of the printer paper, added Tombow Mono Multi liquid glue to the back and let it dry (any glue that dries tacky will work).  Once the glue was dry I layed it over my colored panel and ink blended using Altenew inks from Cherry blossom and Shades of purple. I really like the look of the pumpkins peeking out ...
