Wondering Wabbit collaboration

Billede
*ad / reklame*  Hey everyone, I'm back with another card for Wondering Wobbit Stamps /  Nathalie . I used the Valentine Croc set which has a crocodile holding a cactus and 2 separate cacti along with a bunch of prickly sentiments that fits with Nathalie's sense of humor. You'll find the set in her Ko-fi shop .  Again I wanted to let the stamps be the star of the show, so I kept the card simple only adding a few very sparkly gems from Pinkfresh Studio.  Copic combo G09, YG17, YG13 YR24, Y08, Y13 G29, G19, G14 RV69, RV09, RV04, RV02 E44, E43, E42, E40 W3, W2, W1 Thanks for stopping by, and happy crafting!  Tina X

Imagination Brigade collaboration

*ad /reklame*  Hey everyone, there's a new artist in the making creating digital stamps and you all know how much I love digital stamps. So when Nathalie - Wondering Wabbit on Instagram and creator of these adorable stamps - asked if I'd be interested in a collab I had to say yes.  If you don't already know Nathalie , I really encourage you to hop on over and check out her profile. She's a true magician with her pencils 🙌 I love Nathalie's sense of humor and I see it shine thrue in this stamp "Abbi with an I" and the coordinating sentiments. I love this one so much! She's so adorable, even with that big pout. You'll find the stamps in her Ko-fi shop .  I wanted to let the stamp shine and let Abbi be her own Star so I left the card very simple. How cool is that sentiment? It reeks anti-Valentine's and I love it 😂 Copic combo E13, E11, E21, E000, E000 BG78, BG75, BG72 BG70 E79, E74, E71 E59, E99 W3, W2, W1 Thanks for stopping by, and happy cr...

AAA Cards guest designer - Game #206 Moodboard

Billede
Hello everyone! Today I'm so honored to be guest designing over on the AAA Cards challenge blog. It's a blog dedicated to CAS cards (clean and simple). I don't typically do CAS cards, although I have done quite a few this past year.  The theme this month is this beautyful mood board, and I feel I've incoorporated the elements quite well - snowflake, snow, sky blue, dog, fence/gate. I encourage you to stop by the AAA Cards blog since there is a challenge hop with prizes to be won! I stamped and masked to create this one-layer scene using My favorite things Warmest wishes, Snow buddies and Best in show and then Copic colored the scene using mainly B60-ies and C's. The sky was ink blended though. I also added a bit of Liquid applique and sprinkled over some glitter before setting it. I used a sentiment from MFT Warm wishes and heat embossed it onto vellum. I placed the vellum on top of a white snowflake - Simon says stamp Sophie snowflake - and placed it over some c...

Guest designing for the Danish Operation Write Home - Operation Skriv Hjem

Billede
Hello everyone! Today I'm so excited to be guesting on the Danish OSH blog -  Operation write home . It's a privately run blog that collects cards for all occasions and sends them to our troops deployed all over the world. I first donated cards a couple of years ago and I really like the idea of the cards bringing joy to both troops and their loved ones. In unintended pun My favorite things really are my favorite crafty things and so I've used lots of MFT on these cards. I already had quite a few images ready and colored. For this CAS card I masked up the bottom and blend on a bit of Salty ocean oxide ink, then used Blueprint sketch oxide ink to stamp a few trees from Friends in the forest as well as a sentiment from Beast friends. Now all I needed was a yeti and gift also from Beast friends. Last year while making cards for OSH I came up with this idea of creating a scene yet only coloring some of the images. It saved me a lot of time and allowed for more cards...

Alex Syberia Design June release

Billede
Hello everyone! The all new Alex Syberia Design June release is now live. We're celebrating with an Instagram hop with 5 gift cards to Alex's shop. Hop on over to my Instagram account or go directly to Alex's Instagram account to start from the top.  As it is a June release it's all about summer. And here in Denmark fresh strawberries bought directly from the farm is a clear indication that summer is here. I used the Strawberry panel 2 and colored with copics: RV69, RV29, RV25, RV02 YG06, YG01, YG00 + W1 G94, G43, G40 G07, G05, YG11 I cut a peace of green cardstock for base and inkblended the edge with Moved Lawn Distress ink. I spritzed the leftover ink on my glassplate with water and splattered over the panel. I did the same with a black and gold acrylic paint.  I backed the strawberry panel with a thin strip of black cardstock and another strip that I had heat embossed with Hero Arts Gold embossing powder and adhered it to the base. From black car...

A rainbow of Dahlias

Billede
Hello everyone! I'm still playing with the new Alex Syberia digital stamps release. Today, another favorite flower of mine. The Dahlia. For this card I used the Dahilas slim card design and covered up the right side of the design to be able to add the Dahila cherish. This gave me 2 large flowers. I ink blended Shaded lilac, Worn lipstick, Mustard seed and Peacock feathers Distress inks, making sure to overlap for a full rainbow look. I was gonna leave at that, but... Well, I am a colorist, so I decided to add shading. Copics used: BV13, BV02, BV01 RV95, RV93, RV91 RV25, RV23, RV21, RV10 R22, R20 YR02, YR21 Y08, Y02 YG06, YG01 BG15, BG13, BG11 I added the panel to a black base, stamped a sentiment (Technique Tuesday - Just us girls) and added dots of clear Nuvo drops. I hope I've inspired you, and encourage you to check out the full release at Alex'  Etsy shop . I promise, you won't be disappointed! Thank you so much for s...

Alex Syberia - spring is here

Billede
Hello everyone! Happy Easter!  I'm back with more inspiration from the gorgeous new Alex Syberia digital stamps release.  For this card I used the Abstract flower digital stamp. I printed on Neenah and then die cut a large panel and a smaller panel from that using Simple and basic Double pierced rectangle dies.  I then colored with copics. I was only planning to color the small cut out part of the image, but when that was done I just felt the rest of the image needed a little depth. So I added shading to that as well. Copics used: YR09, YR68, YR16, Y38 + YR23, YR27, Y08 G28, G17, G14 B0000 W3, W1, colorless blender I colored the edge of the base with YR16 copic marker and placed the panels, the small one I popped up for dimension. The sentiment is from Poppystamps Springtime fun. The final touch was added Memory Box fairy sugar in Lemon drop (glitter glue) to the center of the flower and Nuvo jewel drops in Orange marmelade here and there....
