Handmade Paper Hugs

  Hey everyone! I don't celebrate Valentine's but that doesn't mean I don't appreciate a tiny heart and paper hug. Swipe to see the finished cards. I found the adorable Animal Valentine's collection in the @ramstamps shop and I couldn't decide on which to use, so I colored them all up and added them onto bookmarks cut from some of the wonderful digital papers in the shop. I then figured they'd make a wonderful set of donation cards for the Danish operation write home and so i prepared 4 card panels with some ink and a couple of stencils and the wrapped a piece of vellum around the panel to hold the bookmarks. Sentiment means "You are the best chapter of my life". Hey Rammy's! Today I'm sharing this adorable "Storytime" forest scene of Mr. Fox reading a bedtime story for forest friends. How adorable is this scene? I absolutely love it! I die cut the colored scene using a Mod Square die from My favorite things and adhered it on top of a square piece of patterned paper from Maker Forte/Alex Syberia.  I popped this up over a panel that I'd embossed using Tim Holtz Lumber embossing folder and then run over with a brown ink to accent the texture.  As a final touch I added a few gems and a sentiment from Hero Arts. Hi friends! Easter is around the corner and I made this adorable wobble tag using the Spring Cookies: Cookie set 2 . I'm sure my daughter will love this cutie and these chocolate surprises - how adorable are they? I wanted more than my usual warm greys for shading white, so I brought in a bit of soft violets. Hey everyone! Here's a cute Christmas card using a new Krista Leigh Smith stamp. This blue/red combo is really growing on me and I wanted to use mainly those colors. What do you think of this combo? I added some texture using a sweater embossing folder from By Lene and backed the image with a tree cut with a Marianne Design die from patterned paper (My favorite things). Cute custom made baby card using My favorite things Hello, little one!, Pierced heart stax and some really cute patterned paper, I think from Three Scoops and a By Lene sentiment "welcome to the world".
