Handmade Paper Hugs

Hey friends, Sweet November Stamps just released these adorable frosted cookies and I had to have a go at them. I started baking Christmas cookies and letting my daughter decorate them when she was 2. A couple of years ago her younger cousin joined us and I suspect the youngest one will join us next year. It's such a sweet tradition 🥰❤️ Have you made any Christmas cookies yet? And do you have any traditions?  I tried to use some of the tips from Amy Young. I'm not sure I'm entirely happy with the kitchen towel though. What do you think? **Ad / reklame The adorable December release from RAM stamps is now available, and since I love everything deer it should come as no surprise that I colored up the Holly Jolly Elf . I even flipped it and colored it twice.  As you can see, Santa's elves are readying Rudolph and the rest of the reindeer for a busy night of delivering presents. Santa is from Woodland Santa and I doubled and flipped this image too, to balance the scene with one more tree. I did have to cover up the fox on the flipped image, no biggie. I used My favorite things All lined up background stamp and, honestly, I just didn't like it. So I changed directions and used the SSS stencil instead. Hello Everyone! So most of the Christmas festivities are over, but not quite, so I'm sharing the last batch of Christmas cards for this year. They are also for operation write home. I've created a big pile of Christmas cards for our troops and I hope they've put smiles on familiar faces. I kept them pretty simple using all the different santas from the Clearly Besotted Santa baby for the background. I placed them in my Misti and stamped one half of the cardbase and stamped all the backgrounds. Then moved the stamps and stamped the other half. And then I created a focus area for the one santa that I colored. I used Altenew Ruby red ink. I stamped all the santas in one go, and honestly it didn't take too long to color them since I could color all the red for instance in one go. I then fuzzy cut the images. The Danish sentiments are from Hobbyboden and means Christmas greetings and Christmas mail from me to you. Copics used: Suits: R39, R29, R35, 100, C7,...

Hello everyone! I'm sharing more opration write home card. The My favorite things Secret Santa set invites to build a scene. But I didnt want to color 4 trees AND all the presents, cookies etc AND the children. So I came up with this idea of stamping the scene in a coorsination color, but otherwise leave it uncolored, and then just add a couple of colored elements. And I honestly really like these! As always I colored with Copics and fuzzycut the images. Sentiments still from Hobbyboden means Christmas mail from me to you. Why didn't santa eat his cookies? Love the burlap sack, by the way.
