  ***reklame/add*** Hello everyone! I'm up on Alex Syberia Design blog today. I honestly couldn't tell you why but I have this thing for koi fish. I think they're so beautiful. So when I saw this Underwater World card panel with cute fish and zentangle pattern I knew I had to color it up! Admitted, I did strugle a bit with coordinating the colors but I like how it turned out. Copics used: Koi: R29, R27, R24, YR68, YR04 + R01, E000 + W5, W1, W0 Pink: RV09, RV66, RV06, RV04 + Y06 White flower: YR82, YR000 Large shell: V17, RV95, RV93, RV91 small shells: R32, R11 Zentangle: V09, RV09, YR04, W3 Ocean: W9, B69, B26,  B24, BG53, BG10 I'm not one for swatching, but my embossing powders are the exception. That came in handy for this card since I wanted to add a bit of glitter. Who knew there's quite a lot of difference to holographic powders. For the purple zentangle bows I used WOW Clear Hologram sparkle which has a blueish shine and for the koi fish I used Ranger Hologr

  Hello everyone! Today I'm sharing a card to welcome my new niece. I actually bought the Stamping Bella Big sister when it was quite new (summer 2019) and back then I didn't know if my sister would ever have more kids. You see, like me, she had help conceiving with her first born. Luckily they didn't need help this time around and now she's finally here 😍 I Copic colored the image and die cut using My favorite things Linked chain oval which I just love. Copics used: E13, E11, E21, E00 + RV13 / E04, E11, E21, E00 YR21, E97, E99, E35 R85, R83, R81 RV66, RV55, RV52 W5, W3, W1 G94, G24, G40 I used Memory Box patterned paper for the background and small Crealies tag and Memory Box glitter paper for the My favorite things Hearts entwined and sentiment shadow. The sentiment says congrats and the die is from Dixi Craft. The stamped sentiment is from By Lene. I rolled the (MFT) flowers myself and I'm pretty happy with how they turned out.   I hope you like my card. Thanks

Hello everyone! Today I'm using more bits of my first ever play with gel press and oxide inks - find the combos here . I've been working to finish lots of cards for the next Operation write home shipment so I'll be sharing them over the next weeks. They have been delivered at a pick-up point and are currently en route to OSH Headquaters. For the first card I added a piece of gel press behind the Hello Bluebird photo frame. The faries and belongings are from The Greeting Farm Little faries set and they were colored a while ago so no combos for this one, sorry! I repeatedly stamped some of the tiny stamps from the set on the base of the card, for a little interest. I used Milled lavender oxide ink. The other 2 cards follow the same layout and came together really fast. For the sentiment I used Seedless preserves oxide ink, as this is also used on the gel press paper. Here I used Festive berries and I just love the spring feel on this one! As a final touch I added Nuvo drops.

Today I'm using Hello summer A2 card panel and I wanted to do my best at showcasing Alex's dot coloring technique. Copics used: RV06, RV09, RV13, RV55, RV66, RV69 V04, V09 Y08 B23, B69 I only lightly flicked color onto the leaves and then dotted color on using different colors. I felt like my coloring of the centre of the flower was way too dark for the rest of the card, so I covered it with vellum and white heat embossed a sentiment from Poppystamps Blooming greetings. I wanted to mimmick the passe partout in a photo frame. I used the largest My favorite things stitched circle stax die to cut out a window, and then white heat embossed a sentiment from MFT Anything but basic friendship before popping the panel up with craft foam. I added the MFT friend word cut from a light brown / bronze glitter cardstock as well as a few brown gems.
