Fun with Alex Syberia digital stamps

Billede
Hi everyone! It's been a while. Life happened. Let's just leave it at that. Things are not great, but I'm trying to get back to posting regularly. If you're not following me on Instagram, this might the time to do so, since I won't be posting all my projects here. You can find my IG here . Anyway, while I was temporarily doing inner maintenance, you may have unsuccesfully tried to purchase digital stamps at the Alex Syberia shop on Etsy. That is because she moved her shop to a new website - you can check that out here . For the first card I used Be Girly digital stamp . I just lov this one! As always I colored with my Copic markers, and I was going for a really glossy look. Markers used: RV69, RV66, RV55, RV52 E35, E34, E33, E31, E30 I printed the image twice and cut the 2 bows out of one of them. MFT Card Design Superstar: Innovation master

Billede
Hello everyone! Here's my 3rd and last card for the MFT Card Design Superstar challenge. This is for the Innovation master category. Now, I had completely different ideas for my Innovation project, but I just didn't have the time. So that will have to wait and I opted for a much simpler design.  A little bit of ink blending and a single Nuvo drop, along with these MFT products: Mesmerizing Mandala die-namics Delightfull Deer die-namics Let it snowflake too die-namics Beautiful blessings Glitter cardstock (from Bundle of Balloons kit) I decided on a flop card with a semi-see through opening made with the mandala die. No biggie, right?! After cutting through the card base, I added a mandala cut from glitter cardstock.  I then went through my stash for something symmetrical that would work with the see through design, but in the end I decided to mirror the delightful deer. On the back / inside I added a mandala from teal cardstock and the the mirrored deer along with the o...

Shoes can change your life - a Cinderella story

Billede
*ADD* Hello everyone! I have this dreamy fairytale inspired card up on the Alex Syberia Design blog today - hop on over for a closer look. I mean, can we just take in all that glitter for a minute 😍 I used the Be Girly stamp, and I actually modified the stamp a bit. I continued the sole to the tip making these open toe stiletto's. It really was just a matter of adding 2 lines. I went back and forth with this card. First I planned to use lots of glitter. But I didn't want to leave the bow uncolored, as I wanted to see the shadows and highlights of the beautiful design. Once I had colored them though, I almost didn't have the heart to cover all those details.  Luckily I had printed it out twice for layers, so I colored the bow once more and decided to add glitter to those. I cut off the "underside" of the bows, since you wouldn't see the glitter on the inside fold.  I used just a few Copic markers: BG49, BG15, BG23, G00 100, C7 / C5, C3, C1 I decided on WOW...

Alex Syberia Design July release - Double the fun!

Billede
*reklame* Hello everyone! Welcome back to more inspiration from the new Alex Syberia Design release. I'm up on the Alex Syberia blog with this cute card today! It is an absolutely amazing release and I highly recomend you visit her Etsy shop  if you haven't already. And in case you didn't know YOU could win a gift card for Alex's Etsy shop by hopping along with us in our Instagram hop (from yesterday). Today I'm sharing a card using 2 of the new stamps - Love you and Coloring therapy. The Coloring therapy stamp is what you see in the background there. It really was therapy. And honestly that stamp would do fine on its own, in my opinion, but I had already decided I wanted to use it as a background for this too cute giraffe! I fuzzy cut the giraffe and added Nuvo glaze to the glasses and then liberally sprinkled over with holo-glitter (Lawn Fawn), which is still everywhere in my craftroom 😂  Copics used: BG75, G24, G43,G40 B0000 E35, E34, E31 E55, E53, E51 E47, ...
