Panda cuteness

Hello everyone! How about some panda cuteness to brighten our day in between all the Corona horror.
I bought this Simon says stamp Party like a panda set while on vacation and I couldn't wait to color the black and white cuties.
The background honestly is one I tossed a while back. Tossed in the sense that it didn't fit my project. However, true to Kelly Latevola I don't throw anything out. And I'm glad I didn't because it fits this. It's simple ink smooshing using yellow/pink Distress inks for a spring look. On top I've white heat embossed the SSS Ornate background - one of my all time favorites.
I used the 'tillykke' (congrats) die from Hobbyboden to cut pink glitter paper.
Using a My favorite things pierced circle die I cut a piece of vellum to back the panda and popped it up.
I hope that cheared you up!

Thanks for stopping by, STAY SAFE and why not spent your home-stay crafting!

  5. I love that you rescued this background from the "toss" pile - it is definitely too pretty to waste - and you have used it brilliantly in this design! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Time Out!
