Alex Syberia Design June release
Hello everyone! The all new Alex Syberia Design June release is now live. We're celebrating with an Instagram hop with 5 gift cards to Alex's shop. Hop on over to my Instagram account or go directly to Alex's Instagram account to start from the top.
As it is a June release it's all about summer. And here in Denmark fresh strawberries bought directly from the farm is a clear indication that summer is here. I used the Strawberry panel 2 and colored with copics:
RV69, RV29, RV25, RV02
YG06, YG01, YG00 + W1
G94, G43, G40
G07, G05, YG11
Of course seashells are also an inevitable part of summer. Here I used the Seashell slim background panel. As your can probably tell the design is meant to fit a slimline card. But I chose to shrink the image to fit a standard cardsize in lenght.
Copics used, listet by shell:
E74, E43, E53
E37, E23, E31, E55, E50
Y02, RV02, V12, BG13, BG57, C3, C1
YR24, YR21, Y11
E99, E97, YR20, RV13
R22, R11, YR20
R24, R22, R20
RV55, RV52, C3, C1
V09, V15, V12
V17, V15, V12, V01, V000
RV95, RV93, RV91
BV02, BV01, BV000
BV08, C1
BG07, BG05, BG01
BG15, BG23, YG01, C1
I covered the base with WOW! Fairy tale embossing glitter. It's like a platinum with iridescent glitter and it's gorgeous! I adhered the seashell panel onto the base.
To finish the card I used a sentiment also from this release, and I added a couple of extra seashells.
My last card features flowers. This is the Summer bouquet stamp. Don't you just love sitting in your garden or walking outside in an abundance of flower scents. I sure do. I wanted to bring in lots of bright colors for this, because I love all the different colors of summer flowers.
Copics used:
V06, V05, V1
R27, R24, R22, R20
YR68, YR16, Y17, Y21
Y21, Y13, Y00 + RV10
G17, G14, YG13
G29, BG75, BG72
G94, G43, G40
After fuzzy cutting the image I colored the background with C3 copic marker. I cut a panel of grey cardstock with a Simple and Basic rectangle die. I dapped my embossing ink in the middle fanning out and embossed with WOW! Silver sparkle embossing powder. I then splattered diluted black acrylic paint. I popped up the Summer bouquet and adhered it over the embossing powder.
I die cut a "hugs" die from Rox stamps from both black and white cardstock. The white cardstock I heat embossed again with the silver sparkle and I used the black for shading. To finish this I added a few drops of Ranger liquid pearls.
I really hope you enjoyed my inspiration. These stamps and other gorgeous designs are now live, so go get yours over at Alex's Etsy shop. And don't forget to join the hop on Instagram.
Thanks for stopping by, and happy crafting.

I cut a peace of green cardstock for base and inkblended the edge with Moved Lawn Distress ink. I spritzed the leftover ink on my glassplate with water and splattered over the panel. I did the same with a black and gold acrylic paint.
I backed the strawberry panel with a thin strip of black cardstock and another strip that I had heat embossed with Hero Arts Gold embossing powder and adhered it to the base. From black cardstock I cut a small tag using a Simple and Basic die and gold heat embossed a Danish sentiment meaning You are sweet from Three Scoops.Of course seashells are also an inevitable part of summer. Here I used the Seashell slim background panel. As your can probably tell the design is meant to fit a slimline card. But I chose to shrink the image to fit a standard cardsize in lenght.

So much beauty in one place, Tina! The coloring is exceptional, but, as you can imagine, it is the little hints of glimmer that really draw my eye - that little strip of gold on the strawberries card, that unapologetically glittering sand on the seashell card, and that swipe behind the bouquet of flowers - they all elevate the card that much more! Gorgeous projects!
SvarSletAww, you're so sweet, Enna. Especially since I know you don't like glitter at all. Bwahahaha 😂😂 no, honestly I appreciate you taking the time, and I'm so happy you're finally able to add your comments. Thank you, sweet friend 🤗❤️
SletAll are lovely. Love your colouring. Thanks for joining us at Cute Card Thursday. Hugz Andrea.x

SvarSletThank you for joining us at Creative Knockouts! Good luck!
Wow! Three beautiful cards! I love your vivid colors. On the first card I like the added paint splatter and the fun, summery look. Thanks for playing with us at Time Out Challenges!
