Romantic wedding card

Hello everyone! I'm back with a custom made romantic wedding. I don't do a lot of über romantic cards, but I went all out on glitter and girly here.

I startet out by coloring Stamping Bella Brett and Brenda get married. I colored the dress with a soft pinkish glow and framed them with dots fading out to emphasize the couple yet adding a bit of pink. I added a thin edge of WOW! silver sparkle embossing glitter to the edge of the panel.


The base is a soft peach cardstock. I used My Favorite Things Falling hearts stencil and added Ranger glossy paste through it. Then I poured over WOW! Peachy Keen Sparkles (a glitter). I let that dry completely and then made sure to flick off all the excess (quite a bit 🙈). I used the same stencil on the envelope and ink blended with Victorian velvet Oxide ink. All sentiments are from Simon Says Stamp Congratulations. The main sentiment on the card is heat embossed on vellum using Hero Arts silver embossing powder. Both sentiment tags are cut with Simple and Basic tag dies. The vellum is wrapped around the front panel which was then popped up with craft foam.

I adhered a triple bow - can you believe I made that? 😱😱 I know, right?! And it's my first too. Well I had a few tries before tightening the ribbon, so I guess not technically the first, but... I followed the directions in this video, except I only used 2 fingers since my ribbon is smaller. And then I wrapped it 3 times instead of 2. I added a couple of crystals to the bow as well.

So of course I ran over the dress with a clear sparkle pen, and I added Glossy accents to heart circle on the tiny tag.

Copic vedligeholdelse - hvordan & hvorfor

Jeg laver ellers ikke blog på dansk, men men tænkte at der måske var nogle som kunne gøre brug af det.  Jeg har længe villet lave en blog post om Copic vedligeholdelse - også kendt som Copic spa day - og nu har jeg endelig fundet tid til det.  Det er en lang post, så hent en kop kaffe og sæt dig til rette.  For god ordens skyld gør jeg opmærksom på, at jeg viser min egen foretrukne metode og at alle holdninger er mine egne. Teksten må ikke kopieres eller gengives uden accept.  Først og fremmest - HVORFOR bør man bruge tid på at rengøre sine tuscher?  Du har endelig købt nogle tuscher, nogle ret dyre tuscher i min optik, og nu vil du bare farvelægge. Har jeg ret?  Rengøring af så mange tuscher tager lidt tid og jeg forstår fuldt ud, hvis nogle synes det er langsommeligt og spild af tid. Men hvad hvis jeg siger, at vedligeholdelse af dine Copic tuscher vil forlænge deres levetid og forbedre brugen af dem? Rengøring er essentielt for alle Copic-brugere, uanset hvor meget eller hvor

Australia is burning!

Hey guys. How heartbroken are you to see all the burned animals in Australia? I can't even.... I chose this digital image  Lili of the valley Koala . The profits of the sale from this cutie will be donated to the WWF Australian bushfires relief, so get shopping people! I colored it with Copics and cut it with a My favorite things Wonky stitched frame. Copics used: Koala: W5, W3, W1, W0 + C1 Tree: E50, G40, E42, E31, E34 Leaves: BG57, G02, G00, YG01 Flowers: YG17, YG06, YG03, Y000 Butterfly: YG06, YG01, E44, E47 I also printed this Make it Crafty Gumnut flower corner and fuzzy cut it out. I "colored" the flowers with a white Sakura gelly roll pen. Copics used: Leaves: BG57, G02, G00, YG01 Flowers + stem: YG17, YG06, YG03, Y000 I stamped a sentiment from Poppystamps Whittles Everyday and popped up the panel and gum leaves.
