AAA Birthday challenge blog is celebrating 2 years! It's game #25 - theme Anything Birthday goes

Hello everyone! AAA Birthday challenge blog is celebrating 2 years and we are having a month-long party with LOTS of chances to win some amazing prizes sponsored by wonderful brands in our community. Yes, these 👆 are the sponsors. Check out how to get your crafty hands on them below, but first, my card for this challenge which is Anything Birthday Goes!

If you know me, you know I LOVE a card challenge, so I had to come up with a design that would fit products from as many sponsors as possible. Products used, all from sponsoring brands:

Graciellie Design Love puppies digital stamp set
Altenew Painted Flowers stamps and coordinating dies
Altenew Cherry Blossom inks + Golden sunset inks
My favorite things Paw prints die-namics
My favorite things Celebratory banner die-namics
My favorite things Little Letters (for "YAPPY")
My favorite things Big balloons stencil
Lawn Fawn Happy happy happy stamps and coordinating dies

Disclaimer: No products were giftet to me, they were all valued possessions from long ago 😜

I think it goes without saying, so I wont get detailed about the how to's. I did add details to the balloons with a white gelly roll pen and doodles on the tiny flags using a black Micron pen. The glittery pink heart "balloon" wasn't in my original plan but I smeared black ink and I needed to cover that up.

Fun fact: In Denmark we don't often use banner flags. Instead we proudly display our flag in a flagpole and people enthusiastically wave it when celebrating anything from birthdays to anniversaries or graduation. Amazingly Dannebrog, as we call it, recently celebratet its 800th birthday and it was flags galore in the capital city, Copenhagen!

Just look at that cutie patootie doggie, isn't it adorable?! I can't stand the cuteness! As I often do when coloring a doggie like this, I try to make it look like my own fur babies - here they are with my daughter.

And as always I colored with Copic markers:
White: W3, W0
Tan: E37, E99, E97
Black: E97, E29, E49, 100
Nose: E70, E74, E77
Pink: RV29, RV25, RV13, RV11

I hope you like it! And I hope you'll help us celebrate our birthday this month by joining the challenge - it's easy Anything Birthday Goes!

And let's not forget about the prizes! Check out all the details on the AAA Birthday blog! See you there! 😉

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Until next time, Stay safe and happy crafting!
Tina

Interesting fact about flags in Denmark. It’s my birthday today and my daughter is doing study abroad in Copenhagen. I must text her and tell her to wave the flag around a bit in my honor.
