Christmas bird, Sweet November Stamps

Hi everyone, this adorable birdie was a freebie in the Sweet November Stamps newsletter, and I just had to color him up.

I added the gnome village and set for another night scene. The branch was added free hand.

My inspiration for bird was a Willow Warbler (dansk, Løvsanger). They're not particularly special in looks, honestly they're quite bland and they're rarely seen. Trust me, I've tried many times to get a shot of them in my garden, and I'm yet to succeed. But their song... I love it! Marvel at it. And I welcome them every spring 🥰
