Baby Card

Hi there, today I've got a cute baby card for you.



I thought it would be fun to add felt to this card, so the My favorite things 
baby rattle was cut out in baby blue felt. For extra dimension I also 
cut out 3 rattles in baby blue cardstock. I used a MFT shaker pouch and stamped the sentiment with Stazon midnight blue ink. 
The sentiment is in Danish and simply means Welcome to the world.
I filled the rattle shaker with iridiscent blue hearts.
I stamped 2 images from the MFT Magical dragons set and 
colored them with my copics before fuzzy cutting them.




For the background I cut out a piece of white cardstock with the second largest MFT elegant rectangle die. I created a cloudy scene with Tumbled glass oxide ink and the Simon Says Stamp Clouds for days stencil. Then I dry embossed the panel with the Newton's Nook Tumbling hearts stencil.

Copic vedligeholdelse - hvordan & hvorfor

  Hej! Jeg laver ellers ikke blog på dansk, men men tænkte at der måske var nogle som kunne gøre brug af det.  Jeg har længe villet lave en blog post om Copic vedligeholdelse - også kendt som Copic spa day - og nu har jeg endelig fundet tid til det.  Det er en lang post, så hent en kop kaffe og sæt dig til rette.  For god ordens skyld gør jeg opmærksom på, at jeg viser min egen foretrukne metode og at alle holdninger er mine egne. Teksten må ikke kopieres eller gengives uden accept.  Først og fremmest - HVORFOR bør man bruge tid på at rengøre sine tuscher?  Du har endelig købt nogle tuscher, nogle ret dyre tuscher i min optik, og nu vil du bare farvelægge. Har jeg ret?  Rengøring af så mange tuscher tager lidt tid og jeg forstår fuldt ud, hvis nogle synes det er langsommeligt og spild af tid. Men hvad hvis jeg siger, at vedligeholdelse af dine Copic tuscher vil forlænge deres levetid og forbedre brugen af dem? Rengøring er essentielt for alle Copic-brugere, uanset hvor meget eller hvor

Masculine birthday card

Hey everyone, Today I'm sharing a masculine card. It seems to be something a lot of us strugle with, but since I had my oxide inks out (see post from yesterday) I ink blended one more panel using Faded jeans, Broken China and Cracked Pistacio. I just love this combo. I placed the panel in my Misti and prepped it with my antistatic powder tool before stamping the Simon Says Stamp Ornate background stamp. This is one of my all time favorite stamps and I keep going back to it. I often use my Versafine Onyx black and clear embossing powder, but for this I used Stampendous black embossing powder because it has a really gorgeous raised glossy look.  Just look at that shine! The TILLYKKE sentiment simply means congrats and is from Simple and Basic. I die cut it from black cardstock 4 times for dimension, and covered the top layer in WOW! embossing Vintage peacock glitter. TIP: The die does not come with a shadow, but i turned it upside down on a black
