Secret santa monochromatic Christmas

I know Christmas is long over, but I still have Christmas cards to share. Hope you don't mind.

So I couldn't send off Christmas cards for the Danish operation write home without using my favorite set - My favorite things Secret santa.

I kept them really simple, and honestly my starting point was using just one marker for everything colored. But then I changed my mind and I did use a little more. I used pinks for the girl cards and reds for the boys cards.

The Simple and Basic Julekram (Christmas hug) die is died with Distress ink smooshing. 
And the matte? Totally cheating there and added a thin line with a Copic marker.

Copic vedligeholdelse - hvordan & hvorfor

Jeg laver ellers ikke blog på dansk, men men tænkte at der måske var nogle som kunne gøre brug af det.  Jeg har længe villet lave en blog post om Copic vedligeholdelse - også kendt som Copic spa day - og nu har jeg endelig fundet tid til det.  Det er en lang post, så hent en kop kaffe og sæt dig til rette.  For god ordens skyld gør jeg opmærksom på, at jeg viser min egen foretrukne metode og at alle holdninger er mine egne. Teksten må ikke kopieres eller gengives uden accept.  Først og fremmest - HVORFOR bør man bruge tid på at rengøre sine tuscher?  Du har endelig købt nogle tuscher, nogle ret dyre tuscher i min optik, og nu vil du bare farvelægge. Har jeg ret?  Rengøring af så mange tuscher tager lidt tid og jeg forstår fuldt ud, hvis nogle synes det er langsommeligt og spild af tid. Australia is burning!

Hey guys. How heartbroken are you to see all the burned animals in Australia? I can't even.... I chose this digital image  Lili of the valley Koala . The profits of the sale from this cutie will be donated to the WWF Australian bushfires relief, so get shopping people! I colored it with Copics and cut it with a My favorite things Wonky stitched frame. Copics used: Koala: W5, W3, W1, W0 + C1 Tree: E50, G40, E42, E31, E34 Leaves: BG57, G02, G00, YG01 Flowers: YG17, YG06, YG03, Y000 Butterfly: YG06, YG01, E44, E47 I also printed this Make it Crafty Gumnut flower corner and fuzzy cut it out. I "colored" the flowers with a white Sakura gelly roll pen. Copics used: Leaves: BG57, G02, G00, YG01 Flowers + stem: YG17, YG06, YG03, Y000 I stamped a sentiment from Poppystamps Whittles Everyday and popped up the panel and gum leaves.
